Airmic is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the campaign plan and ReadyMembership platform, delivering engagement, retention and acquisition results across the association’s channels. The role is hands-on, shaping lifecycle journeys and running core channels with external partners as needed.

Based in London, the role is full-time (35 hours) with three days in the office and occasional UK travel, including the annual conference.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in marketing, including at least three owning campaign plans and their outcomes at manager level or above.
• Accountability for a marketing budget and for commercial targets such as new business, renewal or event revenue.
• Hands-on ownership of a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g. ReadyMembership, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or Dynamics).
• Strong editorial judgement: able to brief, edit and sign off copy for a senior professional audience.
• Experience contributing to development of an organisational marketing plan or strategy, not only delivering one.
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and PECR for B2B email, including Legitimate Interest and suppression management.
• Membership body, professional association or B2B events experience, particularly subscription renewal and conference campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Campaign planning and commercial accountability to translate strategy into a 12-month plan.
• Own ReadyMembership marketing automation and lifecycle journeys.
• Channel marketing delivery across LinkedIn, email and paid media.
• Define the marketing measurement framework and own the dashboard.
• Internal governance and partner collaboration for campaigns and brand standards.
