Shine Event Staffing, based in Belfast, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies for its events portfolio and growth. You will work from head office on Ormeau Avenue, coordinating across channels and departments.

The role requires senior marketing experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for live music and entertainment. Expect to manage budgets, campaigns, and a dedicated marketing team with opportunities to influence growth.

Qualifications

• A marketing degree is desirable but we’re hiring the right person, not the right degree. Experience matters.
• A minimum of two years experience in a senior marketing role.
• A passion for live music, events and entertainment. Knowledge about local music, comedy and overall live events is essential and will be tested at interview stage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an ongoing marketing strategy across channels.
• Focus campaigns to achieve ticket sales targets and maximise ROI.
• Manage and control multi-platform marketing budgets for all shows; forecast sales and reconcile budgets.
• Oversee promotional events and day-to-day marketing activities.
• Lead the in-house marketing team; mentor and develop staff; optimise internal processes.
