We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive marketing across retail and digital channels. This role ensures all campaigns align with our brand, commercial goals and customer engagement strategy. You'll work closely with the Brand Director, Buying Team, Digital Team and Retail Team to enhance brand awareness, drive footfall, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Alignment
- Support and execute a marketing strategy in line with Kick Game’s vision and business goals.
- Ensure all campaigns and activations reflect the brand and engage our audience.
- Co-ordinate and drive campaign roll outs across all touch points.
Retail & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align marketing with product launches, exclusives, and key collaborations.
- Support store openings, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across retail touchpoints.
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Execution
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Oversee in-store events, brand activations, and retail promotions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth rollouts.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Align social strategy with the Brand Director to maintain a strong digital presence.
- Drive content and campaign ideas that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Co-ordinate across all social media channels.
- Be confident with the brand tone of voice to upload/post content across our social channels.
Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign success and optimise strategies based on key metrics.
- Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Key Skills & Experience
- Marketing experience in retail, events, fashion, or streetwear.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing (retail, digital, social).
- Expertise in campaign planning, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and culture is key.
