We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive 9 month maternity contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

Location: Derby - 1 day per week in the office.

Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing

This is a pivotal role for someone with a proven B2B background who can lead from the front, manage multi-channel campaigns, and add real value across our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute marketing activity for new product launches, from concept to reporting.
• HubSpot Champion: Work across teams to manage CRM, automation, and agency partners to streamline our communications.
• Website Management: Maintain and update multiple websites, focusing on content, SEO, and HubSpot integration.
• Email Marketing: Deliver impactful ad hoc and automated email campaigns with clear reporting.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging assets (images, GIFs, videos) for digital platforms.
• Social Media & Paid Ads: Manage LinkedIn and paid media strategies to boost visibility and generate leads.
• Webinars & Events: Lead setup, promotion, and execution of webinars and support key events.
• Performance Reporting: Create weekly/monthly reports on leads, website performance, and campaign outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (ideally in tech, software, or services)
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and lead generation
• HubSpot and Google Analytics knowledge a must; SEMrush experience a bonus
• Strong background in marketing automation and CRM integration

Skills:

• Strategic thinker with sharp executional ability
• Proficient in SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing
• Strong creative eye with PowerPoint and video production skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Personal Attributes:

• Full clean driving licence and willingness to undertake an advanced DBS check
