Job Description:

We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive 9 month maternity contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

Location: Derby - 1 day per week in the office.

Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing

This is a pivotal role for someone with a proven B2B background who can lead from the front, manage multi-channel campaigns, and add real value across our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Leadership – Plan and execute marketing activity for new product launches, from concept to reporting.
2. HubSpot Champion – Work across teams to manage CRM, automation, and agency partners to streamline our communications.
3. Website Management – Maintain and update multiple websites, focusing on content, SEO, and HubSpot integration.
4. Email Marketing – Deliver impactful ad hoc and automated email campaigns with clear reporting.
5. Content Creation – Produce high-quality, engaging assets (images, GIFs, videos) for digital platforms.
6. Social Media & Paid Ads – Manage LinkedIn and paid media strategies to enhance visibility and generate leads.
7. Webinars & Events – Lead setup, promotion, and execution of webinars and support key events.
8. Performance Reporting – Create weekly and monthly reports on leads, website performance, and campaign outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

1. 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (preferably in tech, software, or services)
2. Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and lead generation
3. Proficiency with HubSpot and Google Analytics; SEMrush experience is a bonus
4. Strong background in marketing automation and CRM integration

Skills:

1. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
2. Proficient in SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing
3. Creative with solid PowerPoint and video production skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
