Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and commercial growth across campaigns, digital activity, content creation and events in a technology-enabled, educational/public sector context. The role offers hybrid working with travel across the UK, a salary of £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) and a quarterly bonus.

The candidate will plan and deliver campaigns, manage content, websites, CRM and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience.
• Degree in Marketing or related subject (2:1).
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven video editing and content creation experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaigns or social media.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Commercial awareness and lead generation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
• Create engaging content including copy, graphics, video and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage website content, landing pages and digital updates.
• Support social media activity and online engagement.
• Improve digital visibility and campaign performance.
• Website design and coding experience (HTML/CSS or similar) is desirable.
• Produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create and edit video content for campaigns and social media.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
• Track campaign effectiveness and conversion metrics.
