As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead multi-channel campaigns, elevate our brand presence, and drive engagement across all markets.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across both brands and all regions. From digital campaigns to social media storytelling, you’ll drive demand, build brand equity, and help position deverellsmith and Hintel as market leaders in their respective territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional and global marketing strategies for both deverellsmith and Hintel
• Manage and grow our presence across all digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, website)
• Drive targeted lead generation and brand awareness campaigns tailored to the UK, Middle East, and USA
• Collaborate with consultants to create sector-specific content and market insights
• Create compelling copy and visuals for campaigns, blog posts, reports, and ads
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategy based on insights
• Own branding consistency and digital identity across all assets and regions
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and tools

About You:

• Minimum 18 months experience in a marketing role within recruitment or property/real estate
• Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, and digital content creation
• Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple regions or international audiences
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and project management skills
• Data-savvy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams and time zones
• Creative, proactive, and commercially minded
