Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join a growing consumer products business. The role covers product launches, brand marketing, digital content and e-commerce, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and commercial teams.

You will drive integrated marketing plans, coordinate new product introductions and oversee digital channels, content, and Shopify-powered DTC activities. A strong candidate has 5+ years in marketing and a proven launch track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a consumer products or product-led environment.
• Proven experience supporting and delivering new product launches.
• Strong digital, content and brand marketing experience.
• E-commerce/Shopify experience would be advantageous.
• Confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Degree educated in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Support and coordinate successful new product launches.
• Lead influencer and PR campaigns, working with external agencies.
• Manage digital content, product information and online brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activity, retailer websites, customer reviews and brand performance.
• Help shape and drive the ongoing content strategy.
• Support the development of DTC websites through Shopify, including content, promotions and artwork.
• Develop email marketing and customer communication plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Development and wider internal teams.
• Create marketing materials for presentations, trade shows, showrooms, newsletters and POS.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
