Job summary

Reed Marketing & Creative is recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive to join the EMEA marketing team. You will drive customer engagement, support commercial teams and deliver campaigns across email, CRM, website, eCommerce and social channels.

The role requires hands-on digital marketing experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a proactive, commercially minded approach to delivering measurable results. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing role.
• Hands-on with email marketing, social media, website management, or eCommerce.
• Comfort coordinating multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across email, CRM, website, eCommerce and social.
• Manage website and online store content, ensuring accurate product info and promos.
• Plan and coordinate social activity to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Support product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures and collateral.
• Collaborate with sales and BD to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Liaise with designers, agencies and suppliers for project delivery.
• Track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a well-established and growing international organisation that is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to join its EMEA marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive marketer to play a key role in driving customer engagement, supporting commercial teams, and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, CRM, website, eCommerce, and social media channels.
• Manage website and online store content, ensuring product information and promotional activity remain accurate and engaging.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate social media activity, with a strong focus on increasing audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Support the launch of new products and brands through effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and sales support collateral.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to provide marketing support aligned to commercial objectives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results and customer engagement.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience in a Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing role.
• Possess hands‑on experience with email marketing, social media, website management, or eCommerce platforms.
• Be confident coordinating multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be comfortable working with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms.
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Be proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering measurable marketing results.
