Job summary

VanRath is seeking a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Lisburn. This hands-on role focuses on strengthening the company’s online presence, driving engagement and supporting growth of the product portfolio.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to plan campaigns, manage website content and analyze data to improve digital performance across SEO, social media and email channels.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience within a product-led business is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email and content
  • Experience managing and updating website content
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative approach with a good eye for content and brand
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Interest in interiors, design and colour trends is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage and update website content, including product information, landing pages and promotional activity
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's website
  • Create engaging digital content for website, social media, email and other digital channels
  • Manage and maintain social media channels, supporting content planning and campaign activity
  • Support SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content development
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to support customer engagement and sales
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and digital KPIs using analytics tools
  • Analyse digital performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing and Sales teams to align digital activity with commercial objectives
  • Support the launch and promotion of new products through digital campaigns and content
  • Research digital trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure all digital content is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support the wider Marketing team with additional campaigns and initiatives as required
