Job Details
We have an exciting role in our Marketing department for a Senior Marketing Executive, supporting the Head of Marketing and Almus Alvita Brand Manager. This role is vital for our business, working closely with key commercial teams to champion our brands on important projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively collaborate with Brand/Category Managers to develop and execute effective marketing plans and activities (including adverts, sales aids, POS, brochures, publications, and leaflets) to enhance our brands' profiles and drive sales across various markets as outlined in this year's marketing plans.
- Own the creation of the annual Marketing Activation strategy in partnership with the commercial Heads of all key brands and functions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and supporting the achievement of financial targets. All plans should be integrated into the brand planning calendar and budget process.
- Develop data-driven email campaigns that generate commercial opportunities for our services, functions, and brands such as Almus and Alvita, in collaboration with the Brand Manager, supporting stakeholder financial goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing activities against KPIs, propose improvements, and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with strategic projects and campaigns, and support BAU activities for Almus and Alvita brands.
- Lead the development and review of marketing collateral to enhance customer experience and support the RFP process, including brochures and videos.
- Coordinate with the Client Services team and stakeholders to develop collateral that fosters ongoing partnerships with external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Act as the UK Brands Champion, overseeing brand governance and branded materials, both internal and customer-facing.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers, providing creative input and ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Ensure all customer-facing marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and are approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Create engaging internal marketing materials to boost colleague awareness and engagement.
- Enhance the customer experience through all marketing initiatives.
- Manage the partnership with trade publications, creating and monitoring advertising schedules within budget, and ensuring timely submission of collateral.
- Develop new trade advertisements in collaboration with agencies, gaining necessary approvals.
