Job Details
We have an exciting role in our Marketing department for a Senior Marketing Executive, supporting the Head of Marketing and Almus Alvita Brand Manager. This is a vital business role facing into key commercial teams, championing the brands on key projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively working with Brand/Category Managers to build and deliver effective marketing plans/activities (including adverts, sales aids, POS, brochures, publications, and leaflets) to increase the profile of our brands and services and drive sales within the various markets as agreed in this year's marketing plans.
- Owning the creation of the annual Marketing Activation strategy plans in conjunction with the commercial Heads of all key brands/functions, aligning with their objectives, and implementing the activities to meet financial goals. Ensuring plans are constructed to a timeline that fits into the brand planning calendar and budget process.
- Developing data-driven email campaigns that support the financial objectives of our services, functions, and brands, including Almus and Alvita, in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Setting and reviewing the success of activities against KPIs, proposing next steps, and implementing improvements with stakeholders.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in strategic projects and campaigns, including BAU activities for Almus and Alvita brands.
- Leading the development of marketing collateral for RFP processes, ensuring continuous review to enhance customer experience and reflect evolving service capabilities.
- Developing collateral such as RFP brochures and videos in partnership with relevant teams.
- Creating marketing materials to foster partnerships with external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Acting as the UK Brands Champion, overseeing brand governance and collateral, including internal and customer-facing materials.
- Managing external agencies and suppliers, providing creative input, attention to detail, and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.
- Ensuring all customer-facing materials align with brand guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Supporting internal marketing initiatives to increase colleague awareness and engagement.
- Championing the customer experience, seeking opportunities for improvement through marketing activities.
- Managing partnerships with trade publications for advertising schedules, monitoring spend, and ensuring collateral submission aligns with plans.
- Developing new trade advertisements in collaboration with agencies, securing approvals from stakeholders.
