Job Details
We have an exciting role in our Marketing department for a Senior Marketing Executive, supporting the Head of Marketing and Almus Alvita Brand Manager. This is a vital business role facing key commercial teams, championing the brands on key projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively work with Brand/Category Managers to build and deliver effective marketing plans and activities (including adverts, sales aids, POS, brochures, publications, and leaflets) to increase the profile of our brands and services and drive sales within various markets as per this year's marketing plans.
- Own the creation of the annual Marketing Activation strategy in conjunction with the commercial Heads of all key brands/functions, aligning with their objectives, and ensure timely implementation to meet financial goals.
- Develop data-driven email campaigns supporting the financial objectives of services, functions, and brands like Almus and Alvita, working with the Brand Manager.
- Set and review success metrics for all activities against KPIs, propose improvements, and communicate updates across stakeholders.
- Support strategic marketing projects and BAU activities as needed, assisting the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral for RFPs, ensuring continuous enhancement of customer experience and service capabilities.
- Develop and manage upstream and downstream RFP brochures and videos.
- Create collateral in collaboration with Client Services to secure partnerships with external suppliers.
- Manage brand governance as the UK Brands Champion, overseeing branded collateral and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Brief and coordinate external agencies and suppliers, providing creative input and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.
- Ensure customer-facing materials align with brand standards and gain necessary approvals.
- Develop internal marketing materials to boost colleague engagement.
- Champion customer experience improvements through marketing activities.
- Manage advertising schedules with trade publications, monitor spend, and ensure collateral submission aligns with plans.
- Develop new trade adverts with agencies to support awareness campaigns, obtaining necessary approvals.
