Job description

We are working on behalf of an internationally recognised celebrity chef, to recruit for a senior marketing executive covering international markets. This restaurant group has undergone a change to the way it works and is now going from strength to strength, operating from 36 different international markets.

The senior marketing executive for restaurants is responsible for supporting the marketing manager in planning, managing and implementing the groups marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on the international franchise side of the business. You’ll work closely with international restaurant partners to bring them closer to the brand, overseeing the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials to bring the company vision to life in all sites. This role requires you to work with internal teams and partners to facilitate the delivery of marketing assets across our digital platforms, social media accounts and franchise partners as required, providing exceptional internal communications and compiling and distributing regular department reporting.

Experience working in a food led environment is advantageous but not essential. A huge passion for food is an absolute must, someone who can get on board with and understand the company vision and strategy. You will have gained experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and have a wealth of experience across all aspects of on-site marketing and new openings. You will have a deep understanding of working with franchise partners, someone who is engaging and is able to influence franchisees is key to the success of this role. You’ll be used to working cross-functionally with many different stakeholder groups.You’ll possess a curious approach to your work whilst remaining agile and able to successfully navigate and adapt within an environment that is constantly changing and evolving.

The salary on offer is up to £45,000 plus a competitive benefit package including summertime working hours, onsite meals and an on-site gym. The company offers hybrid working and has an office base in a beautiful part of London.
