Job summary

Flow Student in Manchester is seeking a Marketing Manager to own multi-channel campaigns across the portfolio. You will lead strategic plans and oversee execution, briefing, and performance analysis to maximise bookings and revenue.

You will manage external agencies, coordinate content and CRM activity (HubSpot), and ensure brand consistency across email, web, social, and property listings. This role requires relocate or travel as needed within portfolio markets.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in marketing with campaign planning.
• Proven multi-channel campaign management across channels.
• Strong written English and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, audience-focused mindset with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel campaigns across the Flow Student portfolio from planning to evaluation.
• Manage external agencies, briefs and output quality, incl. SEO and paid media.
• Plan campaigns for key booking periods and ensure alignment with occupancy targets.
• Oversee content quality and brand messaging across email, web, social, and listings.
