Job summary

UPP Ltd, based in London, is seeking a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing strategy across our university partnerships. The role focuses on occupancy, revenue growth and student engagement, with a hybrid London working pattern and opportunities to visit university sites across the UK.

You will shape campaigns across digital, CRM, content and social channels, optimise investment, lead a marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Pricing and Accommodation

Qualifications

• Significant senior marketing experience within a commercial environment.
• Experience across demand generation, brand marketing, CRM, content and digital/performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead UPP's marketing strategy and annual plan to support occupancy, revenue and growth.
• Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, social, CRM, content and university partner channels.
• Own the digital acquisition strategy including PPC, SEO, paid social, retargeting and emerging channels.
• Optimise marketing investment to maximise traffic, leads, conversions, bookings and occupancy.
• Lead CRM and customer communications across the student lifecycle from enquiry to advocacy.
• Build relationships with university partners and deliver marketing strategies supporting recruitment and occupancy objectives.
• Lead social media, creator and advocacy strategies to build awareness among student audiences.
• Set and track KPIs to measure campaign ROI and CAC; manage agency relationships and internal teams.
• Champions adoption of emerging technologies and AI in marketing.
