Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead cross-channel campaigns and support our Retail Marketing team. The role focuses on driving engagement, sales and brand presence across digital, print and in-store activities.

You will work closely with Procurement and Retail Operations, turning commercial objectives into engaging campaigns while maintaining high standards and measurable results across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Balance creativity with commercial thinking and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email and in-store channels.
• Own key marketing projects and product categories, ensuring campaigns are on time and on brand.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Retail Operations to develop compelling briefs and campaign plans.
• Create engaging customer-focused marketing activity to drive awareness, footfall and sales.
• Build relationships with suppliers and agency partners to ensure campaign success.
