PINK GIRAFFE is a recruitment company working on behalf of the client.

You must have full right to work in the UK and be able to commute to Bath (2 days in the office).

This role involves managing digital and content marketing campaigns for international clients, primarily scientific manufacturers, across various fields of science and technology. The responsibilities include campaign management, client communication, project coordination, and revenue maximization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of campaign delivery for assigned clients, including proposals, onboarding, project management, content design, delivery, and reporting.
2. Maximize revenue efficiently within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations to ensure quality and deadlines, and contribute to team revenue targets.
3. Provide excellent ongoing client service through regular communication and face-to-face meetings (some travel may be required). Build long-term client relationships.
4. Assist clients in designing and delivering campaigns involving content creation, email marketing, webinars, online events, editorial features, videos, and lead nurturing.
5. Review campaign performance regularly, collaborate with internal teams to improve results or communicate successes, and monitor client satisfaction and retention.
6. Utilize project management, CRM, campaign delivery, metrics reporting, AI tools, and other systems for coordination and communication.
7. Potential to manage commercial or product projects and other business initiatives.
8. Demonstrate collaboration, effective communication, attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
9. Analyze data to review campaign performance and provide insights.
10. Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce, and data analysis tools like Excel or PowerBI.
11. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
12. Minimum of 3+ years in a relevant client-facing environment within marketing, publishing, or scientific services.
