Hutch is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Growth, Marketing and Games Product teams in London or Dundee. You will translate complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making and optimise the performance of user acquisition campaigns and live events.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Product teams to model marketing performance, bring marketing data into product discussions, and deliver actionable insights through self-service dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an analytical role within marketing and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong skills in LTV/ROI modelling and marketing mix or attribution analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI/analytics tooling (Amplitude/Tableau/Power BI).
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance marketing data to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead performance marketing analytics activities and build out processes and priorities.
• Curb and automate LTV modelling to measure and predict ROI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance marketing.
