Job summary

DAZN Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst in Leeds to act as the analytical backbone of the Central Marketing team. You will turn complex marketing and customer data into actionable insights, shaping budgets, campaigns, and channel performance across DAZN markets.

You will own reporting infrastructure, collaborate with performance marketing, brand, and data engineering, and deliver reliable, well-modeled data to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing dashboards in Looker and LookML.
• Strong SQL skills with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL within notebook environments (Deepnote/Jupyter).
• Proven ability to translate marketing metrics into insights for stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-market media or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Looker dashboards for marketing performance.
• Write optimized SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction and modeling.
• Use Deepnote/Jupyter for exploratory analytics and repeatable workflows.
• Query GA4 data in BigQuery to support measurement, attribution, and analysis.
• Create Excel-based budget models and stakeholder-ready calculations.
• Define and track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversions).
• Translate business questions into analyses and present findings to senior leaders.
• Support budget planning with data-driven modelling across markets and channels.
• Maintain data governance and data lineage for marketing datasets.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineering to influence data models relevant to reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, dashboarding, and analytical rigour.
