You will drive automated testing, SDLC improvements, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical specs while supporting production and mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java development and TDD practices.
• Strong front-end skills with React and modern UI design.
• Track record delivering production-grade software and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business book of work with future-state architecture.
• Champion CI/CD and automated testing; drive DevOps improvements.
• Participate in design, planning and estimation discussions.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specs.
• Maintain project and technical documentation; mitigate SDLC risks.
• Support production and drive issue-driven improvements.
