Job summary

Teledyne Raymarine is seeking a senior electronics design engineer to work within a dynamic project team. You will design and verify circuits, create schematics, and help bring products from concept to shop shelves and boats in the water.

You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with Mechanical/PCB/Software teams, and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance with standards and Raymarine policies.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with a BSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Extensive experience in an electronics design role with analogue/digital skills.
• Background in consumer electronics and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Work with hardware team to design the latest Raymarine products with other teams.
• Guide and assist junior engineers in a senior role.
• Design and verify electronic circuits and test PCBs.
• Create schematics and maintain documentation control.
• Prepare hardware technical specifications and keep up with new tools.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and liaise with production for volume manufacture.
• Follow Raymarine policies including ethics, cyber security and environment.
