KFM Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Operator / Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our Surrey operations. The role focuses on day-to-day production support and hands-on operation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Pharmaceutical experience is not required, offering a pathway to greater responsibility. You will mentor operators, help maintain standards and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic production team setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong experience in process or manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process control.
• Background in food manufacturing, brewing, fermentation, beverage, dairy, biotechnology or similar industries.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and process equipment.
• Support fermentation, media preparation and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare, assemble, operate and clean process equipment.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, SOPs and work instructions.
• Complete production documentation and records accurately.
