Top Chain Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site in Surrey. You will lead day-to-day engineering activities, perform PPMs, address breakdowns, and maintain machinery across electrical and mechanical disciplines.

We are looking for a qualified engineer with manufacturing experience who can take the next step in a growing business, spending days-based hours on site at the Surrey facility.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with manufacturing experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and PPMs.
• Comfortable leading a small engineering team on a mixed mechanical/electrical site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across the site.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs.
• Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
