Senior Manufacturing Technician | High Wycombe | £33,000pa - £36,000pa plus benefits

A global specialist manufacturer with a strong industry presence is seeking a mechanically biased Senior Manufacturing Technician. You will join a talented manufacturing team to ensure high-tech products are fully assembled and tested before shipment.

This hands-on mechanical role is ideal for someone passionate about mechanical assembly and production work. Our client’s products incorporate mechanical components, requiring varied tasks to meet specific design specifications. Key experience includes working with UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) equipment and pumping technology.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Recognised relevant engineering qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ, etc.)
• Practical skills in machining, welding, leak detection, mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring looms, soldering, and bench assembly
• Experience with UHV – Ultra High Vacuum systems
• Background in manufacturing or production roles
• Understanding of production processes
• Analytical skills for fault finding and repairs
• Strong technical and product knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
