Responsibilities

• Manage plant production, budget, and daily operations to meet targets.

• Drive KPI improvements and ensure HSE compliance.
• Lead recruitment, staff development, performance reviews and staffing planning.
• Oversee capital expenditure, budgets, and forecasts.
