GE Vernova in Creswell is seeking a Plant Leader responsible for the overall leadership, safety, operational performance, and financial success of the manufacturing site. The role sets strategic direction while ensuring excellence in EHS, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and talent development.
You will drive digital transformation, Lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to deliver sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Extensive manufacturing or industrial experience, preferably within Grid Automation or related industry.
- Proven leadership with full P&L accountability.
- Experience leading complex manufacturing organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead EHS, safety, and zero deviation strategies at the manufacturing site.
- Manage P&L performance, annual operating plan, budget, and forecasts.
- Drive operational excellence, lean initiatives, and standard work.
- Lead digital transformation with Industry 4.0, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align manufacturing with demand.
