Job summary
Raytheon UK is seeking an active and innovative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements using Best in Class and World Class Manufacturing principles. You will collaborate with the Integrated Program Team, Engineering and other project teams.
Using manufacturing data to identify issues, implement systemic Root Cause and Corrective Action, and support DFM, NPI and manufacturability analyses. A minimum HND in Manufacturing / Production Engineering and experience across electronics
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related subject.
- Proven track record in engineering/manufacturing with strong problem-solving.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes across technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in regular Manufacturing Engineering sub-team meetings.
- Report and maintain Manufacturing Engineering metrics and KPIs.
- Use metrics to optimise and improve processes.
- Support Program Cells and the wider Engineering community.
- Participate in DFM and manufacturability analyses and reporting.
- Participate in NPI activities and reporting.
