Job summary

ARM International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop advanced manufacturing processes for defence/aerospace applications. You will define operation sequences, layouts, and tooling needs while supporting capital plans and roadmaps.

You will create detailed process instructions, BOMs and routings, and lead lean and Six Sigma improvements across multiple technologies. Strong CAD/MRP experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP systems and managing BOMs/routings in SAP or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of composite processing and related manufacturing methods.
• Ability to contribute to a Technology Roadmap and capital planning.
• Experience in defining operations sequences and work layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and define operation sequences.
• Create detailed process instructions and manufacturing BOMs/routings.
• Support MDWT meetings and contribute to technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with industrial and production engineering to improve processes.
• Apply lean, Six Sigma and quality tools to cut waste and improve quality.
