Qualifications

• Masters in Mechanical/ Materials Engineering is essential.
• Substantial engineering experience with composite materials.
• PhD in the specialist area is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a clear understanding and assimilation of project requirements.
• Develop engineering solutions within company systems and procedures using CAD/CAM/FEA tools.
• Lead feasibility studies and project-related activities (design for manufacturing, detailing, testing plans).
• Plan and supervise process qualification and generate production documentation.
• Troubleshoot production problems and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
