A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a UK-known automotive manufacturer in Basingstoke. With no day ever being the same, this role offers the opportunity to get your foot in the door within a new and innovative industry!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess and improve workflow within production to ensure precise completion of projects
• Drive efficiency and continuous development
• Lead NPIs to support new methods of production
• Support full quality inspections in compliance with AS9100
• Complete internal audits and non-conformity reports as required
• Participate actively in production, internal meetings, and liaise with suppliers
• Provide support and assistance to other areas of the business such as design and purchasing

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience within the motorsport or aerospace industry
• Degree in Engineering or BTEC Level 5 or Aerospace Engineering Apprenticeship — experience will also be considered
• Knowledge and history working with AS9100 is essential
