Job Description

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Group Technical Director. Working with the innovation teams, they will lead the design and development of the new manufacturing facility, oversee technology transfer, and implement a manufacturing execution system. In the long term, the role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team for the operational manufacturing site. Core responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and commission the new site.
• Liaising with product development teams on industrialization and technology implementation.
• Leading projects and teams.
• Providing analytical input on short, medium, and long-term plans.
• Driving best-in-class health & safety practices.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong process engineering experience within blue-chip manufacturing.
• Have demonstrable experience in manufacturing CAPEX, line layouts, and factory relocations.
• Possess a pragmatic, growth-oriented mindset and an analytical approach.
• Have the ambition to grow into a senior leadership role or existing operations/engineering leadership experience.
