VolkerFitzpatrick is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on major Anglian Water AMP8 infrastructure programmes. You will oversee NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, manage a commercial team, and drive value through proactive risk and opportunity management.

The role requires extensive QS experience in large-scale infrastructure, a relevant degree, and professional membership or progress toward chartership.

Qualificações

• Significant experience as Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Proven ability to lead commercial teams and manage multi-million-pound projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Membership of RICS, ICES or working towards chartership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial delivery on Anglian Water AMP8 framework projects.
• Develop and manage commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities and value-enhancing solutions.
• Ensure delivery of projects within contract and commercial targets.
