Job summary

Asda is seeking a Senior Manager Sustainability to join the Sustainability Team and lead the sustainable sourcing function. You will drive the Better Planet agenda, overseeing initiatives across Carbon, Nature, Waste and Value to deliver measurable change for customers, colleagues and investors.

Ideal candidates will have extensive sustainability experience, preferably within retail or FMCG, and a track record of delivering strategic sustainability programmes at scale.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced sustainability professional to join the Asda Sustainability Team as Senior Manager Sustainability. The Asda Sustainability Team are responsible for setting and delivering the Asda “Better Planet” agenda which operates across four areas: Carbon, Nature, Waste, and Value. Leading the sustainable sourcing team you’ll be responsible for driving the agenda to deliver change for our customers, colleagues and investors. This role would suit someone with expertise in sustainability and ideally, experience working within retail or FMCG.
