Role Overview:

As Strategic Delivery Manager, you will lead the global rollout of the Onsi platform as part of our partnership with Zurich, a leading insurer. This role involves digitising Zurich’s employee benefits and distributing products directly to employees via the Onsi app, supporting our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Global Rollouts: Manage the delivery and scaling of the Onsi platform across Zurich territories.
2. Partner with Zurich Teams: Collaborate with Zurich’s global and regional teams to shape go-to-market strategies and drive adoption.
3. Deliver to Market: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with contractual, regulatory, and market needs.
4. Customize to Local Contexts: Adapt the platform to regional customer needs, regulations, and cultural expectations.
5. Track & Report Performance: Monitor KPIs and SLAs, providing performance updates to stakeholders.
6. Run Post-Launch Reviews: Conduct evaluations to assess performance and gather feedback for improvements.
7. Inform Future Roadmaps: Use insights to shape product and commercial strategies.
