Are you a commercially-minded partnerships professional with a strong track record in sourcing, closing, and scaling strategic partner relationships? We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead partner growth initiatives across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • End-to-end partner ownership: Source, sign, and manage high-impact partners across banking, telecoms, trade associations, third-party sales orgs, software vendors, and service providers.
  • Scale growth through partnerships: Expand the partner ecosystem and deliver new customer acquisition through smart, data-driven collaboration.
  • Deliver against key metrics: Own KPIs linked to ecosystem growth, partner-sourced revenue, and shared pipeline development.
  • Communicate product and brand value: Fully understand our offering and clearly convey its benefits to external partners.
  • Execute strategic initiatives: Lead everything from contract negotiations and project execution to partner training, co-marketing, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure partner success.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic business development, partnerships, or third-party sales.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and signing new partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities through a strategic, financial, and operational lens.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and clear milestones.
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
