Blue Ventures Conservation seeks a Senior Manager – Programme Evaluation for a maternity cover. The role strengthens measurement, learning and donor reporting across a global, remote organisation, working with Programme Performance, Development and Data Science teams.

You will oversee MEL, data analysis, dashboards and guidance creation, ensuring alignment with Theory of Change and organisational OKRs while building capacity across regional teams.

Competenze

• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and donor reporting.
• Ability to translate data into learning resources and guidance.
