Job summary
Consult, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Evaluation Consultant based in the United Kingdom to contribute to international development and digital transformation through evidence-based assessments. This remote role supports centralized and decentralized evaluations, and develops tools and guidance to strengthen evaluation culture.
You will lead end-to-end evaluations, provide QA, draft inception reports and briefs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders on capacity-building
Qualifications
- University degree in Development Studies or related field.
- Experience with multiple evaluation types including strategy, process, and outcome evaluations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to design methodologies and translate findings into recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation assignments from inception to final reporting.
- Provide quality assurance for centralized and decentralized evaluations.
- Review terms of reference and reports to improve quality.
- Draft inception reports and concise evaluation briefs.
- Develop tools and guidance to strengthen evaluation practices.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
