Reporting to: Head of Procurement Ops Transformation

Contract type: Permanent

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager supports the Procurement Transformation programme by defining the future state for each pillar of our target operating model and owning the delivery of transformation initiatives that realize this future state. The role involves supporting subject matter experts in developing and refining their visions, challenging these visions to ensure they are fit for purpose, and managing their implementation.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors to design and document capabilities within the Procurement target operating model, controlling and governing changes.
• Act as an internal consultant to challenge and partner with pillar sponsors and delivery leads, bringing external insights to ensure quality outcomes.
• Oversee governance and change control for each operational model pillar.
• Prepare and lead transformation update meetings.
• Ensure business readiness for new operating model initiatives, including stakeholder management, stage gates, launch schedules, BAU governance, and metrics.
• Chair regular meetings and oversee day-to-day delivery.

• Specific experience in at least two procurement domains such as category management, sourcing, supplier management/risk management, or purchase to pay.
• Consulting experience is desirable.
• Experience as a procurement practitioner is advantageous.
