Job Title: EMEA Senior Procurement Manager – FM & Construction

Location: London, 1-2 days a week, with occasional site visits

Salary & Package: £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is proud to partner with a global, market-leading brand currently seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their busy, best-in-class procurement team. The function is centralized in London, but the role has an EMEA focus, covering countries such as Spain, Germany, and France.

The company has several exciting FM & Construction projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record in these areas to succeed. Please read on for more information!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Procurement
2. Manage one Category Buyer directly
3. Oversee construction suppliers, minimizing CAPEX & Facilities spend for each new store
4. Re-tender, negotiate, and develop contracts for contractors, equipment, and professional advisors
5. Monitor major cost inputs and advise on responses to significant movements
6. Manage all contractor and supplier negotiations to reduce costs without compromising specifications

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience working in a multi-site, complex environment
• Strong category experience within FM, Capex, & Construction
• Ideally, experience in hospitality or food service environments
