A leading boutique consultancy in the procurement space is expanding due to a surge in new, high-profile projects across the public and private sectors. They're looking to bring on board skilled procurement professionals eager to take on a variety of strategic initiatives across broad indirect spend categories.

In this role, you'll work with diverse clients and stakeholders, delivering innovative procurement strategies and supporting transformation initiatives. You'll benefit from working in a forward-thinking, people-focused consultancy that champions personal growth, offering structured development paths and biannual reviews to accelerate your career.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Leading and supporting a wide range of indirect procurement projects for major public sector organisations
  • Designing and delivering procurement strategies that drive value and comply with best practices
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across both internal teams and external client contacts
  • Delivering services in areas such as procurement transformation, change initiatives, category planning, and negotiation

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience across the full procurement lifecycle within generalist indirect categories - including areas like Professional Services or Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of UK public procurement regulations (PCR) is advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially when engaging with multiple stakeholder groups

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a thriving consultancy that genuinely invests in its people and offers a balanced working culture with clear pathways for progression.
