Job summary

The ideal candidate holds ACA/ACCA qualifications, with at least four years post-qualification experience, and is highly organised with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualifications required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills expected.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client portfolios and review before Partner sign-off.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with commercially aware advice.
• Manage junior staff training and supervision.
• Oversee client meetings, diary management and attendance as needed.
• Handle billing, budgeting and fee reviews for the team.
• Support business development activities to grow the firm.
