Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Finance Platform Risk Manager in Bristol. You will oversee the Change Execution and IT Systems risk profile, working with Engineering, Run and Change teams to identify and manage technology and resilience risks.

You will lead risk assessments, provide guidance for risk-based decisions and drive risk reduction actions. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, effective reporting to governance forums, and support for assurance activities.

Formación

• Proven experience in non-financial risk, operational risk, technology risk, IT controls or related governance roles.
• Experience working with technology or engineering teams, translating technical risk into clear business risks and actions.
• Evidence of influencing and reporting to senior partners to support risk-based decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the oversight, assessment and reporting of the Finance Platform’s Change Execution and IT Systems risk profile.
• Partner with Engineering, Run and Change teams to identify and manage technology, resilience and change delivery risks.
• Lead and facilitate risk assessments, control reviews and deep dives, monitoring control effectiveness, issues and emerging risk themes.
• Provide clear insight, constructive challenge and guidance to support effective risk-based decision making.
• Coordinate risk reduction plans and track actions through to effective outcomes.
• Produce clear analysis and executive-level reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support Internal Audit, Risk Specialists and other assurance activity, finding opportunities to strengthen controls and risk management practices.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key business partners, using effective engagement, influence and constructive challenge to support positive business and risk outcomes.
