Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a key partnership, owning the P&L, leading a small team, and driving strategy across multiple whitelabel brands serving millions of travelers worldwide.

You will work at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence, shaping marketing strategy, influencing partnership direction, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional

Qualifications

7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
SQL proficiency (daily usage for analysis).
Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
Leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead a 2-3 person marketing team; set priorities and OKRs.
Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and guide ROI targets.
Design and drive the partnership's marketing strategy and budget allocation.
Oversee analytics roadmap, dashboards, and reporting with strong data insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner leadership; present to executives.
