About the Role
The Senior Manager, Performance plays a crucial role in shaping the Performance Strategy across BT, designing and owning the Performance Management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the People & Culture (P&C) Director, Talent, Performance & Culture in setting the Performance Management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Define principles, frameworks, approaches, and programs to deliver BT's Performance Management strategy, enhancing productivity and fostering a performance culture.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including SLT and ExCo, to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement of performance management processes.
- Own the Performance portfolio, ensuring coherence, consistency, and quality of products within the broader P&C function and alignment with BT's goals.
- Lead the design, development, management, and maintenance of Performance Management products and programs throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage delivery teams, prioritize requirements, and ensure value delivery from Performance Management initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze outcomes of performance initiatives, fostering data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with best practices in Performance Management, benchmarking externally, and introducing improvements.
- Collaborate on sourcing strategies and define assessment methodologies for hiring and talent identification.
