The Co-operative Bank is seeking an Senior Manager to lead the Operational Resilience team and drive the Group’s resilience strategy. You will coordinate governance, risk and regulatory reporting, shaping a culture of resilience across the business.

You will manage a team of Senior Analysts, collaborate with Risk colleagues, and contribute to incident response and crisis coordination while ensuring effective reporting to Exec and Board audiences.

Formación

• Deep understanding of maintaining and developing Operational Resilience frameworks, ideally within retail banking.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing Board, Committee and Executive-level papers, MI, dashboards and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Operational Resilience Strategy and Framework across the Group, ensuring regulatory alignment and strong disruption response.
• Embed resilience capabilities across the organisation through governance, reporting and programme oversight.
• Support Crisis Management and incident response coordination, including governance forums and committee management.
