Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Health to lead transformation initiatives across the UK healthcare sector from London or regional offices. You will work with NHS providers or Integrated Care Systems, guiding productivity gains, cost-out strategies, and digital-driven changes.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, securing new engagements, and mentoring team members within EY’s Health practice. Travel across the UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Experienced healthcare professional with consulting experience in a professional services firm or healthcare engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare system landscapes including provider, regional and national levels.
• Experience acting as Bid Manager for pursuits and Engagement Manager for large, complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects within healthcare ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver transformational solution sets focused on productivity and digital transformation.
• Mentor junior team members and grow the UK health community.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in healthcare.
