Job summary

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced EPR Project Manager to prioritise and deliver complex EPR change projects aligned with the Trust strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders, clinical teams and finance to ensure timely delivery and robust governance.

The role requires autonomous project leadership, risk management and a proactive approach to service improvement, with a focus on patient-centred care within a large NHS Trust environment.

Qualifications

• Senior project or programme management experience in healthcare or NHS setting.
• Experience delivering EPR change projects with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement key projects in conjunction with senior leaders.
• Manage milestones, interdependencies, risks and issues across projects.
• Provide operational and clinical leadership for project delivery and service improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and financial tracking with the Head of EPR.
• Support adherence to governance requirements and safeguarding standards.
