Senior Manager - Global Mobility Services, London
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team, in London.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day global coordination of client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team
- Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with the clients
- Be the day-to-day contact for allocated clients
- Manage all associated compliance processes for international assignees
- Ensure clients are provided with up-to-date information on relevant tax developments
- Advise on risk issues relevant to clients and assist in mitigating these
- Prepare client advice for manager/partner review
- Project management
- Delegate work to, and train and coach, junior staff
- Interact with KPMG's global People Services network
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the GMS team and participate in managerial meetings
- Monitor, record, and manage financial results on allocated clients to ensure profitability
- Recognize and develop opportunities to further grow the GMS team
- Lead business development and proposals
Qualifications and Skills
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent
Experience and Background
- Previous experience coordinating global tax services for UK HQ clients
