Qualifications

• Substantial L&D experience with designing and implementing development programmes.
• Experience delivering skills development at senior levels, preferably in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and business skills development for lawyers globally.
• Lead and manage programme delivery, both virtual and in-person.
• Project manage global programmes and coordinate with Training Events team.
• Select external learning providers and manage ongoing partnerships.
• Develop content with internal experts and maintain key learning documents and systems.
